By engaging with Clarity.inc, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Clarity.inc offers personal coaching, leadership coaching, and professional supervision services for individuals. All services are delivered by Paula Spargo and are available in person (Palmerston North) or online.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

3. Payment

Fees are clearly listed on the website and confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due prior to or on the day of your session. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (details provided upon booking). All prices are in NZD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching and supervision sessions are conducted in a confidential environment. Notes from sessions may be kept for professional reference, but will never be shared without your written consent, unless required by law or where there is risk of harm.

5. Scope of Services

Coaching and supervision are not counselling or therapy. If a need for specialised mental health support is identified, Paula may recommend referral to an appropriate service.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Clarity.inc reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the client or practitioner.
