For over 30 years, I’ve worked in the health sector across Aotearoa, serving in roles that span from bedside care to strategic leadership. I’ve held space for patients, staff, teams, and systems—so I understand the weight women carry when they’re the ones others turn to.

I started Clarity.inc to create a dedicated space for you. A place where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Where you can speak freely, explore possibilities, and receive objective, thoughtful support.

I'm a Registered Nurse and Midwife,  based in Palmerston North, with qualifications in transformational coaching, professional supervision, postgraduate studies, clinical governance and leadership. My career has spanned older person’s health, medical and surgical, critical care, women’s health, oncology, maternity, child health, quality improvement and system design.

I’ve been privileged to lead teams, mentor new leaders, and support colleagues through the highs and lows of healthcare for more than two decades.

But beyond the professional bio, I’m also a wife, a mum to three incredible adult children, and a grandma to some pretty special little people. Life has taught me that growth and grace often go hand in hand.
